The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 126 days in representing the appeal papers, challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.2088 of 2023 dated 04.09.2025 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / IV Additional Sub Court, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
