PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents police not to interfere in a civil dispute and also not to harass the petitioner except under due process of law.

ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police not to interfere in a civil dispute and also not to harass the petitioner except under due process of law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 09.03.2021. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
