ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.6/2022, on the file of first respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, an FIR in Crime No.6/2022 has been registered and after investigation, the same was closed as 'mistake of fact', on 10.05.2022. Further, he stated that closure report was also filed before the Mahila Court, Pudukottai, on 10.05.2022.
