This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order permitting the petitioner to effect substituted service through a daily newspaper on the 4th and 5th respondents in the Appeal Suit in A.S. (MD)No.42 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
