2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9940 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

fifteen days, ie., on the first and fifteenth working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
