ORDER
The petitioner with a grievance that her complaint has not been enquired by the respondent Police has filed this petition seeking a direction to take action on her compliant dated 19.06.2025 and 22.06.2025.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.222 of 2025 has been registered for the offence under Sections 3(5), 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) BNS and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. 3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
