ORDER

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is that, to direct the respondents to conduct survey in the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.19/3B, 59/2B, 35/2B, situated at Thethur Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District and consequently, direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.07.2019.

2.Heard Mr.A.Mu.Sharavanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Bhagawathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4.The petitioner, in order to surey the land and identify the boundaries at Survey Nos.19/3B, 59/2B, 35/2B, situated at Thethur Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District, has given a representation on 22.07.2019 to the first respondent, along with fee challan paid in this regard. W.P.(MD)No.18162 of 2019 appearing for the petitioner submits that, if the said application/representation of the petitioner, dated 22.07.2019 is decided on merits, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied.

5.I have heard Mr.B.Bhagawathi, learned Government Advocate, who would submit that, the said application/representation of the petitioner, dated 22.07.2019 would be decided on merits and final order would be passed thereon, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

6.Having regard to the said submissions made by both sides, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following directions:- "that the first respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation/application of the petitioner, dated 22.07.2019 along with fee challan and pass final order thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 7.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
