This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2022.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that there had been money dispute between the fourth Respondent and one Paramasivam, for which the Petitioner is not at all a party. The fourth Respondent had also filed a suit before the Civil Court and the same is pending. Whileso, the Petitioner was often summoned by the Respondents 2 and 3, therefore he had approached this Court, seeking direction from this Court for not to harass.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the second and third Respondents had summoned the Petitioner as well as Respondent 4 and 5, conducted enquiry and closed the same. 2/4
