This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give police protection for surveying the property in Survey Nos.54/11 and 54/13 at Keela Muthukulathur Village, Keela Muthukulathur Group, Muthukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, with the assistance of Surveyor and to fence the property based on the petitioner's representation, dated 22.09.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 27.09.2021.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
