This application has been filed to exempt the personal appearance of the petitioner from surrender before the trial Court pertaining to the conviction and sentence passed in C.A.No.139 of 2023 on the file of the learned Additional District Court IV, Tirunelveli dated 28.06.2024 by confirming the sentence passed by the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Negotiable Instrument Act, Tirunelveli in S.T.C.No.264 of 2021, dated 27.07.2023.

2.Today (20.08.2025), when this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
