By order, dated 04.12.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.8195 of 2025, dated 13.09.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order, dated 04.12.2024.

3.Considering the request made by the Learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, time is extended further for a period of three months.
