ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.257 of 2015.

2. The petitioner is brother of the victim Danesh and he gave a compliant before the respondent police which was registered in Crime No.257 of 2015 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though after lapse of six years, investigation the above said crime number has not been completed. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the concerned Court and it has not been taken on file so far.

4.Since final report was filed and further action has been dropped, this petition has become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to work out their remedy through appropriate proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
