2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he is seeking compassionate appointment with the second respondent and for that, he has made an application as early as on 30.12.2015, which was not responded. Hence, a direction is sought for before this Court.

4.
