This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.07.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he made a representation to the first respondent / the District Collector, Tuticorin District, Tuticorin, on 23.07.2019, to correct the erroneous name of the place Kombuthurai as per the Revenue Records as Kadayakudi, 1st Ward/Street/Village, Kayalpattinam Municipality, Tiruchendur Taluk, Tuticorin District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Based on the representation given by the learned counsel for

the petitioner, this Court cannot issue a positive direction to consider the notice issued by the counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the first respondent / the District Collector, Collectorate Complex, Tuticorin District, Tuticorin, seeking his remedy.
