When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as per the order of this Court, dated 22.12.2020 made in CMP(MD)No.6684 of 2020 in C.R.P.(MD) No.686 of 2018, dated 23.12.2020, cost was paid to the learned counsel appeared in the trial court on behalf of the defendants and for the receipt of the amount, he issued a receipt on 07.01.2021, for a sum of Rs.10,000/-.
