For Petitioner : Mr.T.Vadivelan For R1 & R2 : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the complaint given by the respondent No.3. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the father of the respondent No.3 has sold the property in S.No.248/3 to an extent of 58 cents out of 0.23.50 hectares in favour of the petitioner under a registered sale deed dated 26.10.2015 and when the respondent No.3 has been trying to intervene, the petitioner has filed O.S.No.203 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Dindigul seeking permanent injunction. It is submitted that on a complaint given by the respondent No.3, the police are trying to intervene and harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that on a complaint given by the respondent No.3 only, the police tried to reach the petitioner, as the respondent No.3 has made a complaint that the petitioner has impersonated his 2/5

father, who is no more and created certain sale deeds by way of forgery. It is also submitted that the police have registered a case in Crime No.25 of 2023 against the petitioner and the petitioner was also arrested and produced before the Court on 11.07.2023.

4.Since the enquiry alleged to have been made by the respondent police are in respect of an offence registered against the petitioner, no further orders can be passed in this petition, thereby this Petition is dismissed.
