ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to register the Will dated 05.09.2022.

2. The petitioner is directed to submit the original Will before the respondent. On receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to register the Will in accordance with law.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
