O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 18.11.2020 from the file of the second respondent to some other agency.

2. The matter was referred to mediation on 14.07.2021. A mediation report has also been received which shows that an agreement has been reached between the parties and on the basis of the agreement, they have decided to resolve the dispute by filing an application before the Sub Court, Thiruppathur. It is also seen that the third respondent herein has received Rs.5 lakhs towards full and final settlement for all claims of maintenance and cost damages and received the same through Demand Draft No.968893, State Bank of India, Thiruppathur Branch, Sivagangai. It is also submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint dated 18.11.2020 has also been closed on 31.12.2020.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of.
