For Petitioners ... Mr.K.R.Laxman in both cases COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed for issuing a direction to the learned District Munsif, Devakottai, to dispose of the both suits in O.S.Nos.43 of 2018 and 16 of 2019, within the stipulated period of time.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Since the cases are for a limited relief of early disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondents.
3. On perusal of the affidavit it is seen that both the plaintiffs and defendants filed a suit against each other before the Court below, with regard to issuance of the Legal Heirs Certificates. Even though the suits were filed in the year 2018 and 2019 respectively, and the same have been pending. Now, the revision petitioners are before this Court seeking early disposal of the said Suits.

Since the matters are relating to issuance of Legal Heirs Certificate and the concerned officials viz., the District Collector, Sivagangai District and Tahsildar, Devakottai Taluk have already parties to the suit proceedings, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Devakottai, to dispose of both the suits pending in O.S.Nos.16 of 2019 and 43 of 2018, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
5. With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
