PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.10 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Sole Accused herein, who was arrested on 02.06.2023, for the alleged offence under Sections 376 of IPC and Sections 66(E), 67, 67(A) of Information Technology Act, in Crime No.10 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 26.05.2023, at about 1.30 p.m., the 1/3

petitioner alleged to have sexually abused the defacto complainant and shared her image through instagram to her sister. Hence the present complaint came to be registered.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.07.2023, on the ground that the petitioner is going to marry the victim girl, an interim bail was granted to the petitioner until further orders. When the matter was called today(14.08.2023), it is informed that the marriage between the parties was performed on 05.07.2023 and the same was registered on 11.08.2023.

4. In view of the developments, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 11.07.2023, is made absolute. Let the petitioner and the defacto complainant, appear before the respondent and make a statement with regard to the marriage.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days (ie., 1st and 16th day of every month) until further order.
