ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai to communicate the enquiry report within a specified time frame and to pursue further action for passing appropriate final orders within a specified time frame on receipt of further representation from the petitioner.

2.After notice, learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the Enquiry Officer has submitted his enquiry report to the disciplinary authority namely, the first respondent and the disciplinary authority, after perusal, communicated the same to the petitioner by his memo No.14497/B2/2015, dated 09.02.2016 and the same was served on the petitioner on 12.02.2016.
