ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction the respondent Police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.234 of 2023 1/4

on the file of the respondent Police and to file a final report within a stipulated period.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the case in Crime No.234 of 2023 was registered on 13.06.2023 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 IPC and the same is under investigation.

3. Considering the fact that the case is of the year 2023, the respondent Police is directed to conclude the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
