ORDER

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the matter may be listed for final hearing on 16.06.2026.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 2/4
