O R D E R

The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the Detention Order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings C.No.60/Detention/C.P.O/T.C/2024 detention order dated 18.06.2024 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu namely Raja alias Maris Raja, S/o. Krishnamoorthy, aged 46 years, (now detained at Central Prison, Trichy) before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.5179, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department, dated 31.07.2024, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government. 2/4

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
