ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in the order dated 10.01.2025 passed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.536/2025 in Crl RC(MD)No.44/2025 directing him to appear before the Learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Natham, once in a month that is on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m.

2. The above said condition imposed by this Court is relaxed. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
