[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6483 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.478 of 2021 on 08.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6483 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.478 of 2021 on 08.05.2025, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the condition No.iii in paragraph No.10.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that till date the condition has been complied with.

4.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition No.iii in Paragraph No.10 imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6483 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.478 of 2021 on 08.05.2025 is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned trial Judge on the first working day of every 2/3
