ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 20.11.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondent. 3.According to the petitioner, he has submitted a representation dated 20.11.2015 to appoint him to the post of Village Assistant in M.Illupaikulam, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District. The said representation did not evoke any response and therefore, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ is constrained to approach this Court by way of filing this writ petition.

4.Without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
