ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the property situated in Survey No.499/1B, with an extent of 27 cents, at Kethaiyurumbu Village, Oddanchtram Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering his E-challan dated 26.04.2024. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.M.Rajesh, for Mr.C.Ezhilarasu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the petitioner, he purchased the subject property under a sale deed dated 13.03.2024. The patta for the subject property was also issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.2745. He submitted an application on 26.04.2024 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not submitted proper online application for survey of the subject property. Therefore, his request has not been considered.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgment for having submitted the online application for survey of the property within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment, respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits within a further period of eight weeks, after issuing notice to the petitioner neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
