ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to survey the property of the petitioner situated at Virahanoor Village, Madurai District in S.No.120/4A, 120/4B by considering the petitioner's application and representation dated 02.11.2020 by following the guidelines issued by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.13465/2020 dated 05.10.2020.
2.The petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the property in S.No.120/4A, 120/4B and patta also stands in his name. Seeking survey of the property, the petitioner approached the respondents on 02.11.2020. However, since survey has not been done, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition. 3.Heard learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4.In view of the limited prayer that has been sought for and in the light of the judgment in W.P.(MD) No.13465/2020, modified on 13.10.2020, the respondents 2 and 3 shall conduct survey, after conducting an enquiry and hearing necessary parties. The said exercise shall be concluded within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
