Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent No.2, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the bail that was granted by this Court to the accused in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2691 of 2023 on 15.02.2023.

2. This petition has been filed on the ground that even after the condition imposed upon the accused, frequent trouble has been made by the accused to the defacto complainant/victim.

3. But, perusal of CD file shows that the victim was not taken by her parents and she was also not willing to go along with her parents. On that ground, she was taken to the Home, Tirunelveli.

4. Even though, the allegation made against the accused is that frequent trouble has been made by him, but it is seen that it is love affair between the victim girl and the accused. Without any basic and proper reasons, this petition has been filed. The petitioner has not taken care to take the child along with them. 2/3

5.I find no reason to entertain this petiton. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
