The petitioner, a suspended employee of Tamilnadu Civil Supplies Corporation, Valrajapuram DPC Centre, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai, has filed this writ petition, for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry as against the Assistant Manager and Purchase Officer of the Corporation for missing of 1000 paddy bags, by considering his representation, dated 02.08.2022.

2.Today(02.12.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for consideration, a request has been made on behalf of the petitioner seeking adjournment.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the enquiry has already been conducted; the petitioner was issued with two charge memos; the enquiry report is also ready and final order is yet to be passed.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents that the enquiry has been completed and final order is yet to be passed, this writ petition is closed.
