ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 307, 302 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.136 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity between the parties, the petitioner and other accused assaulted the deceased with knife, due to which, he died and also abused the nearby peoples in filthy language and threatened them.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.
4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the offence is under Section 302 I.P.C and as per the prosecution case that the petitioner is also involved in the conspiracy, this is not a fit case for entertaining the anticipatory bail, especially when the first application is already dismissed by this court.
