ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner is aggrieved by the issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned property in favour of the fifth respondent. Seeking its cancellation, the petitioner has moved the second respondent. In fact the petitioner's mother has given a petition.

3.The second respondent is directed to pass final order on the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent 2/4

will put the fifth respondent on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
