Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner for the loss incurred by him due to the erection of high tension electrical tower and the drawal of HT electrical line in landed property situated at Survey No.351/A1, 352/A5, 352/B3 and 353/8 situated at K.Pitchampatti Village, Karur Taluk, Karur District with interest at the rate of 18% per annum within a time frame fixed by this Court or in the alternative directing the respondents 2 & 3 to remove the High Tension Electricity Transmission line from the land of the petitioner.
