Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus for bearing the respondent 1 and 3 to conduct the survey in survey No. 109/12A, 109/12B, 109/3B, 109/5D, 109/5E, 109/5F situated at Sinthalagundu Village, Dindigul West, Dindigul District without considering petitioner's objection.

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to for bear the respondent 1 and 3 to conduct the survey in survey No. 109/12A, 109/12B, 109/3B, 109/5D, 109/5E, 109/5F situated at Sinthalagundu Village, Dindigul West, Dindigul District, without considering petitioner's objection. 2.The petitioner is the wife of Periyasamy who is a shareholder. A final decree has been passed. In the final decree, the petitioner's son was present while surveying the property. At this juncture, the petitioner cannot seek to restrain the survey. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
