O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary action in accordance with law, by considering the representations, dated 23.10.2020 and 03.11.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel for the fifth respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instructions, submitted that the complaint was enquired into and the same was closed, since counter party did not appear.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent would submit that the dispute is purely civil in nature and there is a civil dispute between the fifth respondent and the petitioner's vendor. The fifth respondent had also given a complaint as against the petitioner.

4.Since the reason for closure is not correct, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2020 and take action in accordance with law, after hearing of the parties concerned. 5.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
