This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.5278 of 2022 dated 22.03.2022.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the contemnors/respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the second contemnor/second respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the concerned Court on 16.09.2022 and the case was taken on file in PRC.No.658 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi.
