This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, forbear the respondents from opening / establishing the TASMAC liquor shop (Shop No.10281) at Door No.22, TS.No.2/7, Kallukuli, Pudukottai Road, Mudukkupatti, Trichy District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2022.

2. When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that initially they had banned the shop and subsequently, it was dropped. As on date, there is no proposal to start 2/4

TASMAC Shop in Shop No.10281 at Door No.22, TS.No.2/7, Kallukuli, Pudukottai Road, Mudukkupatti, Trichy District.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
