When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents Police submits that the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.07.2023 is registered as Crime No.439 of 2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC and the investigation is being proceeded with.

3. Since the enquiry in the complaint has already been completed and the FIR has been registered in Crime No.439 of 2023, no further directions can be given in this petition.
