Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 11706 of 2022 vide his order dated. 25.07.2022 by permitting the petitioner to appear before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur Daily at 10.30 AM. instead of appearing before the respondent police pursuant to the said order. Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 9703/ 2022 :

To modify the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 11707 of 2022 vide his order dated. 25.07.2022 by permitting the petitioner to appear before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur Daily at 10.30 AM instead of appearing before the respondent police pursuant to the said order. Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 9705/ 2022 :

To modify the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 12006 of 2022 vide his order dated. 25.07.2022 by permitting the petitioner to appear before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur Daily at 10.30 AM instead of appearing before the respondent police pursuant to the said order. 1/3

Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DHILIPAN PANDIAN.R.L., Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.11706, 11707 & 12006 of 2022, dated 25.07.2022 by permitting the petitioner to appear before the learned Principal District & sessions Judge, Thanjavur District daily at 10.30 a.m' instead of 'appearing before the respondent police'.

2.This Court by an order dated 25.07.2022 granted bail to the petitioner with a condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of one month. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the when the petitioner appearing before the respondent police for complying the condition, he was threatened by them. Hence, he come forward with this modification petition and prayed to direct the petitioner to appear before the learned Principal District & sessions Judge, Thanjavur District daily at 10.30 a.m'. 4.Taking into consideration the above facts the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thanjavur.
