CRL MP(MD) No.7301 of 2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C. ARUL VADIVEL @ SEKAR, Advocate for the petitioners in both petitions and of Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate (CRl.Side),on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions, the court made the following order:- These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 348 days in representing the criminal revision petition in Crl.R.C(MD)Nos.27549 & 27550 of 2018. 2.Heard both sides.
3.Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondent in both petitions and he strongly opposed these petitions.
4.In view of the above submission, these petitions are allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees Thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
