This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and learned counsel for the respondents 4 and 5 and after dispensing with the notice on the respondents 6 and 7, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against them.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the petitioner's petition filed under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983, on 24.02.2024 will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law.
3. Recording the above statement of the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing 3/5
the third respondent to dispose of the abovesaid petition filed by the petitioner within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
