O R D E R

(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The petitioner is working as B.T.Assistant(History) in a minority institution. On the ground that he has not passed TET, his salary was not refixed and the annual increments were also not paid. That led to the filing of this writ petition.

2. It is not in dispute that the qualification in TET cannot be insisted in respect of the minority institutions. Therefore, the prayer sought for has to be granted. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
