Instructor Grade I in School Education and the other Departments for the year 2020-2021, within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Notification/Advertisement in Advertisement no.01/2021 dated 09.09.2021 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal in so far as the Clause 4(b)(ii) and the Annexure is concerned and a consequential direction to the second respondent to issue necessary corrigendum to the Notification/Advertisement dated 09.09.2021 insisting for production of PSTM Certificate from the candidates right from 1st Standard to SSLC, HSC, UG Degree, B.Ed Degree and PG Degree by way of adopting the enclosure I of the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.82, Human Resource Management(S) Department dated 16.08.2021 and extend the last date for submission of online applications for the post of Post Graduate Assistants/Physical Education Directors Grade-I/Computer Instructor Grade I in School Education and the other Departments for the year 2020-2021, within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4.Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 on instructions, would fairly submit that the Teachers Recruitment Board after discussing issues, they are ready to issue necessary corrigendum to the Notification/Advertisement dated 09.09.2021.

5.The aforesaid statement of the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 is recorded. 6.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no serious objection on the aforesaid statement made by the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. 7.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, the Writ 2/3

Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
