************* [Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY.,J.] The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition, for the reason that the petitioner had presented the appeal, under Section 80-A of the Tamil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

W.P(MD)NO.18163 of 2021 Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, before the Principal Secretary, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, Chennai, instead of filing the appeal before the Secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu, Housing and Urban Development Department, Chennai.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition if so advised, after filing of the appeal, under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act,1971, before the Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department, Chennai. No costs.
