ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already vacated the premises, and the lease was regularised in favour of the third respondent, by an order, dated 01.11.2021. Therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition as it has now become infructuous.
2. Considering the same, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents with a representation. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
