Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. JEGADEESH PANDIAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.7033 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.410 of 2023 on 27.04.2023. 1/3
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. He would further submit that the condition imposed against the coaccused in this case has also been fully relaxed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.7033 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.410 of 2023 on 27.04.2023 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 14/07/2023 / TRUE COPY / /07/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
