This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose the appeal suit in A.S.No.218 of 2015.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are one of the respondents in the appeal suit in A.S.No.218 of 2015, on the file of the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli and prays for a direction to the Lower Appellate Court to dispose of the appeal within a stipulated time.

3.Since no adverse orders are passed, notice to the respondents is 2/5

dispensed with.

4.Since the appeal is of the year 2015, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs theI Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.218 of 2015, within a period of six [6] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
