CRL MP(MD) No.8014 of 2021 has been filed. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought indulgence of this Court to modify the condition to furnish the bank guarantee instead of depositing the amount to the credit of Crime No.20 of 2019.

4.Since the matter has already been decided by the Hon'ble Apex Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks four weeks time to deposit the said amount.

5.In view of the above, this Court grants four weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the order dated 16.07.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4844 of 2020. In case, the petitioner fails to deposit the said amount, the anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioner would stand automatically cancelled. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
