O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to register the petitioner's complaint dated 30.06.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's wife after getting divorce, married another man and living at United States of America. Now, the petitioner has given a complaint for the alleged second marriage stating that the first marriage has not been legally dissolved and the same is pending.
3. Recording the same, the respondent police is hereby directed to conduct enquiry upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.06.2022, and pass orders on merits, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
